STRATEGY

WE WILL WORK ACROSS MULTIPLE SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS TO ACCOMPLISH OUR OBJECTIVES.

- ESTABLISH A CONSISTENT, ASPIRATIONAL, AND ENGAGING SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE.
- DEFINE AND BUILD TEM'S BRAND IDENTITY THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS
- BUILD EXPOSURE TO TEM'S accounts WITHIN SOCIAL MEDIA space

PHASE 1 WILL include:
- asses the current social media PRESENCE
- get to know the COMPETITION
- Get to know the TEM audience
- grow the brand with awareness (followers, shares, etc.)
- social media audits (removing and adding followers)
- create compelling content / implement a personal touch to the TEM accounts
- Clean up accounts - consistent branding across all platforms (logo’s, highlights, stories, etc.)
- Track performance and make adjustments

As outlined above, our efforts will have both quantifiable and more intangible effects. For our purposes here, let’s look at some of the ways we can quantify our effectiveness and successes.

SOCIAL MEDIA ANALYTICS — For Instagram, for example, we perform analytics that show user growth, track impressions and engagements, and chart social performance in comparison to major competitors. These analytics also reveal which types of content get the strongest response, helping us craft messaging that makes impact.

REPORTING — We will provide notification of media hits as received, as well as a quarterly summary of coverage.

GOAL SETTING — Together, we will set clear goals, and work to achieve them.
This creates a framework where our identified goals are clear and we are measuring our progress towards them.

STATUS CHECK-INS — We will be communicating regularly via email and calls, but we will also have a regular call (every other week is usually a good starting point) where we check in on continuing initiatives, add new ones, and determine priorities.
