SCLA SERVICES WORK ON A MONTHLY RETAINER BASIS. THIS RETAINER IS CALCULATED BASED ON AN ESTIMATED SCOPE OF WORK. IF WORKLOAD DIVERGES SIGNIFICANTLY FROM ESTIMATED SCOPE, LET’S DISCUSS POSSIBLE AMENDMENTS. WE DO NOT INCUR OVERAGES WITHOUT OBTAINING ADVANCE APPROVAL.
SCLA DOES NOT IMPOSE LONG-TERM CONTRACTS, HOWEVER WE DO ASK FOR AN INITIAL THREE MONTH START-UP COMMITMENT. AFTER THE INITIAL THREE MONTHS, EITHER PARTY MAY CANCEL THE AGREEMENT WITH 30 DAYS NOTICE.
